Halim Perdana Kusuma Ready to Welcome the KAA Delegations

Halim Perdana Kusuma area in Makassar, East Jakarta, is ready to welcome hundreds of state guests who will attend the Asian-African Summit on April 19-24.

We're targeting all preparation will complete today. Ranging from parks, decorative lamps, banners or billboards arrangement

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana stated, parks repairing and installation of 3,000 decorative lamps, neon boxes and banners are expected would be done today and ready to welcome the delegations that will pass by Halim Perdana Kusuma. Considering, Sunday tomorrow (4/19), all the guest will arrive in Jakarta. Part of them will be landed at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport.

"We're targeting all preparation will complete today. Ranging from parks, decorative lamps, banners or billboards arrangement. As all of the guests will arrive tomorrow," said Musyawardhana, Saturday (4/18).

Approaching KAA, GBK Area Sterilized From Street Vendors

He appealed all urban village and sub-district apparatus to participate succeeding the event. At least in each urban village and sub-district offices are installed banners with a logo of KAA.

"Let's unite show to the world that Indonesia is a friendly, polite nation, and appreciate  the other countries," he added.

Meanwhile, Head of Facility Maintenance Sub-Section for Logistics Department of Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport, Mayor Sus (Special Staff) Kms Mohammad Gamal claimed, his party is also ready to welcome the state guests.

"Most of the guests will be landed at Halim Perdana Kusuma indeed and the rest on Soekarno Hatta Airport," he closed.
